Neil's hair doesn't sleep. It waits.

So, no big deal, I hung out with Neil Fucking Gaiman and a bunch of other fantastic people in his turntable.fm room last night while I was doing epic amounts of laundry. \o/ Neil announced that he was going to wash his hair, and someone suggested that we discuss Neil’s hair while he was absent, and the Neil’s Hair Facts took off from there.

It was then suggested that Neil’s hair should have a Twitter account (it does—@neilhimself, of course). I suggested Tumblr, and since no one registered the Tumblr name, I decided that it was Up To Me to bring this idea quietly into the world.

With that, I offer this blog’s first photo and its first fact about Neil’s hair:

All of Sandman is true. Neil’s hair is the real master of dreams.

I hope there is not a Tumblr like this already. If there is, perhaps we can be friends. Additionally, I’m afraid that the discussion was flying so fast last night that I’ve forgotten a lot of what was suggested, so if anyone would like to submit Neil’s Hair Facts (with accompanying photos), I am opening this blog for submissions. Thank you!
